Vermont Farm Raised Meats

Vermont Quality Meats works closely with local farmers to provide exceptional meats from animals that have been humanely raised without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics. Our meats, processed in Vermont and USDA inspected facilities, are always fresh and have never been frozen. Discerning chefs and butchers depend on Vermont Quality Meats as their source for top quality, superior tasting meats to include lamb, goat, pork, veal, beef, and rabbits.


Weight range 50 - 70 lbs. Seasonally Spring Lamb, 15 - 40 lbs.
Sold whole, can be processed but must purchase whole animal.


Weight range: 60 - 80 lbs. Seasonally Baby Goats, 15 - 30 lbs. Sold whole.


Weight Range: 150 - 240 lbs. Sold whole, split. Sold in primal form; further processing upon request and based on availability. Sucklings, 20 - 40 lbs; sold whole with skin on.


Milk-fed exclusively except for creep feeding; age 4 - 5 months. Sold in sides or whole only.


Grass/Pasture raised with grain supplement.
Available whole, sides, primals and sub-primals. Further processing available.
Beef bones available.

100% Wagyu Beef and Wagyu x Angus Beef available.


Sold whole as Fryers weighing 2.5-3.25 lbs or Stewers at 3.3-4.5 lbs.
