Vermont Quality Meats works closely with local farmers to provide exceptional meats from animals that have been humanely raised without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics. Our meats, processed in Vermont and USDA inspected facilities, are always fresh and have never been frozen. Discerning chefs and butchers depend on Vermont Quality Meats as their source for top quality, superior tasting meats to include lamb, goat, pork, veal, beef, and rabbits.

Lamb

Weight range 20-65 lbs.
Sold whole, and in parts when available.

Goat

Weight range: 20-35 lbs.
Sold whole.

Pork

Under 20 lbs to over 200 lbs.
Sold whole, or in parts- nose to tail.

Veal

Free roaming, fed on mother’s milk and grass or hay, aged 4-5 months. Sold in quarters.
Whole Bob veal, only days old. Sold whole.
Veal bones available.

Beef

Grass fed and grain finished.
Available in sides, quarters and cuts.
Beef bones available.

100% Grass-Fed and Certified Organic Grass-Fed beef also available.

Rabbits

Sold whole as Fryers weighing 2.5-3.25 lbs or Stewers at 3.3-4.5 lbs.
