Under 20 lbs to over 200 lbs.Sold whole, or in parts- nose to tail.
Veal
Free roaming, fed on mother’s milk and grass or hay, aged 4-5 months. Sold in quarters.Whole Bob veal, only days old. Sold whole.
Veal bones available.
Beef
Grass fed and grain finished.
Available in sides, quarters and cuts.
Beef bones available.
100% Grass-Fed and Certified Organic Grass-Fed beef also available.
Rabbits
Sold whole as Fryers weighing 2.5-3.25 lbs or Stewers at 3.3-4.5 lbs.
